What are your fees?
My current fee is $325 per 50-minute session. I’m sometimes able to offer a reduced fee to those experiencing financial hardship or who fit certain other criteria.

Do you take insurance?
No. For many, many reasons. BUT… it turns out that most insurance companies provide reimbursement up to a certain percentage (~30-70% depending on your specific plan) for “out-of-network” providers.
Upon request, I can provide you with monthly invoices (“superbills”) for you to submit to your insurance company. This is relatively easy and can often dramatically reduce the cost of therapy. Before beginning treatment, please reach out to your insurance provider to ask about whether your specific plan includes “out-of-network” mental health benefits and - if so - how to use them.
Do you offer in-person or virtual (telehealth) therapy?
Both! While in-person sessions are my primary mode of treatment, I also regularly hold telehealth sessions with both new and ongoing patients via phone or on a HIPAA-compliant video platform.
